4th Oman Desert Marathon – After race

Race is over!

Race is over. All runners left the camp and they are now flying back home. The emotions for this life changing experience are flooding their minds with snapshots of the race thinking at the most remarkable moments of the Oman Desert Marathon. Lots of sweat and fatigue to conquer the finish line on the shore of the Arabian Sea are now an undeletable waypoint in most runners’ life.

On week in close contact with people from all over the world creates new friendships, gives a deeply different prospective on life and becomes also a period to rethink and to re-evaluate personal issues.

The Oman Desert Marathon it is living event, that originates from union of the Omani hospitality with the values of sports and love for the desert and nature.
